"I make my art to capture moments, emotions or glimpses worthy of remembering. I call my genre mixed media photography-based digital art. I start with my digital photos. Often a photo represents just the seed of an idea or the outlines of a composition. My process to transform a photo into my vision for a finished piece includes using photo editing and digital art technology to modify and transform, plus collage, printmaking techniques, combining photographs, & drawing by hand. My aim is to create memorable, interesting images that engage the viewer and pique the imagination."
